2024 tested our resilience but couldn’t shake our commitment. While the world faced significant challenges, we stayed focused on our mission to expand education and healthcare access for communities that need it most.

Working alongside 17 NGOs across 11 countries, we touched the lives of 2,446 individuals through direct educational support and 342 through healthcare initiatives. These efforts created a ripple effect, reaching 15,660 people in education and 1,051 in healthcare overall. From helping rescued child soldiers rebuild their lives in the Democratic Republic of Congo to connecting rural Vietnamese students with digital learning tools, we’ve seen firsthand how working together creates real change.

A new chapter for impact

Starting in 2025, we’re taking our commitment further by pledging 1% of our global annual profit to education and healthcare initiatives. This decision stems from our belief that meaningful impact requires consistent, sustainable action aligned with what we stand for.

Collaboration at the core

Our 2024 achievements belong to everyone involved. Employees and partners stepped up across the board, mentoring students, driving fundraising efforts, participating in Positive Actions, and getting their hands dirty with local environmental work close to home. Every contribution, regardless of size, strengthened our collective movement of solidarity.

Join us in creating lasting change

Looking ahead to 2025, our focus remains clear: making a tangible difference where it matters most. This report celebrates what we’ve accomplished together and outlines how we’ll build on this foundation.

Take some time to read through the full report, where you’ll meet the people behind these numbers and learn about the partnerships that make our work possible.

Let’s continue this journey together, building a brighter and more sustainable future for all.

When a technology roadmap keeps slipping even though every function is busy, the cause is rarely visible in status reports alone. Friction builds in the connections between work: how priorities are set, how design inputs are handed off, where technical dependencies sit, when QA feedback arrives, and how delivery is governed. By the time a problem surfaces in a release, the signal that caused it usually started several steps upstream...
