Our Scoping solution enables to draw up a “roadmap” for an application or system. Three actors are involved in this elaboration:
- A UX/UI expert, who proposes a functional solution and lists the user paths
- A Solution Architect, who draws up a technical solution and estimates the effort required to implement it
- A Program Manager, who establishes a project team and schedule
At the end of this scoping, the customer can decide whether to launch the project directly with our team or to draw up an RFP based on the elements provided.
