Our client operates a network of more than 250 franchises across France, all focused on dietary rebalancing. To support their growth, they launched an internal digital marketing service designed to generate qualified leads for each franchisee.

Their ambition was to offer a ready-to-use acquisition service that drives measurable results. The reality was more complex. Delivering performance at scale, across dozens of local campaigns, requires structure, speed, and continuous monitoring.

Challenges

Our client needed to run acquisition campaigns for 50 franchisees at the same time, each with local targeting, specific messaging, and clear expectations on results.

Three challenges quickly emerged:

  • Campaign deployment at scale, without delaying commitments made to franchisees
  • Consistent performance across all locations, despite differences in local markets
  • Clear visibility on results, both centrally and for each franchisee

On top of that, a strict business target was set: keep the cost per lead at €13.

Without the right setup, this type of operation quickly becomes difficult to control.

Our Approach

We focused first on building a structure that could support both scale and performance.

Each campaign followed the same logic, allowing faster deployment and easier optimization. This created a stable foundation while keeping enough flexibility to adapt to local audiences.

Then, we worked on three key areas:

  • Lead capture: creation of forms designed to collect relevant data while keeping friction low
  • Audience targeting: selection and refinement of audiences to focus on high-intent profiles
  • Creative testing: multiple messages and visuals launched in parallel to identify what drives results

Campaigns ran over a two-month period, with ongoing adjustments based on performance data.

At the same time, we built dashboards to give full visibility on results. Dietplus teams could track performance daily, across all campaigns, and take informed decisions.

The Results

The results went beyond the initial objective.

  • More than 1 million people reached
  • 4,510 leads generated
  • Average cost per lead: €10.1

This represents a 22% improvement compared to the initial target.

Beyond performance, our client now has a structured system to manage multi-local campaigns, along with clear reporting to monitor results over time.
