We are proud to announce that we have earned the EcoVadis Silver Medal, a distinction recognizing companies in the top 15 percent globally for sustainability performance. Our performance also places us in the top 7 percent of all companies assessed, with an overall score of 76 out of 100.

What Is EcoVadis?

EcoVadis is the leading global sustainability rating platform. It evaluates companies on environmental, social, and ethical practices, and provides a trusted, third-party benchmark for corporate sustainability.

Its framework assesses performance across four pillars:

  • Environment
  • Labor and human rights
  • Ethics
  • Sustainable procurement

Our Sustainability Performance in 2024

Our overall score of 76 out of 100 reflects strong, balanced performance across all four pillars.

Environment

We scored 73 out of 100 for environment, supported by strong initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. This includes calculating and monitoring our emissions, improving energy efficiency, and switching our company vehicles to more responsible energy options such as electric and hybrid models.

Labor and human rights

With 76 out of 100, we reaffirm our commitment to safe workplaces, fair labor practices, and employee development. We also run active programs supporting well-being and skills growth across all teams, so everyone can thrive and keep learning.

Ethics

We achieved 76 out of 100 for ethics, backed by robust governance, anti-corruption measures, and ethical decision-making frameworks that guide our operations and partnerships.

Sustainable procurement

Our score of 77 out of 100 reflects how we engage suppliers on ESG standards and promote responsible sourcing. This helps ensure our value chain reflects our sustainability commitments in a practical, measurable way.

What This Recognition Means to Us

This achievement reflects the dedication of our teams across all CBTW entities. It demonstrates the consistency of our commitments throughout the group across 21 countries and 35 cities on 5 continents.

Our people embed responsible practices into our operations, partnerships, and decision-making every day. That consistency matters, because sustainability only works when it becomes part of how we deliver value.

What Comes Next

At the same time, we know there is more to do. The EcoVadis assessment highlighted areas for improvement, giving us a clear roadmap to strengthen our environmental, social, and governance practices.

It motivates us to continuously enhance our sustainability performance and deliver meaningful impact for our clients, our people, and the communities and environments we touch, step by step.
