Once the initial team is in place, we scale the center with ongoing recruitment and onboarding. You have the freedom to interview and approve every candidate.

We manage the center’s day to day operations so you can focus on your product, roadmap and business outcomes. Everything from HR to office infrastructure, payroll, training and local compliance is handled by CBTW.

Your teams work in your tools, your processes, and your delivery rhythm. We handle everything else locally.

When you decide the time is right, CBTW transfers full ownership of the center to you. This includes employment contracts, infrastructure ownership and legal entity control.

The handover is structured to ensure operational continuity so your teams keep delivering without interruption.
