Eligibility depends on the activity, legal structure and location of the proposed operation, so the applicable incentives should be assessed before investment decisions are made.

As of June 2026, Da Nang had 38 AI startups operating in Software Park No. 2 and 4,695 students being trained in AI and related disciplines. This gives the city a growing talent pipeline in areas relevant to organisations building AI, data and advanced engineering capabilities.
