Relying on a third-party vendor to manage marketplace integrations was creating both dependency and a revenue ceiling. The client needed to bring that capability in-house, but the project required significant integration complexity delivered to a tight timeline with limited internal engineering capacity.
CBTW designed and built a B2B multi-channel partner service connecting the client’s internal systems with external marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and brand partners.

The outcome: Time to market for new functional requirements dropped from four or more weeks to approximately two weeks for similar requirements already developed.
