CBTW’s approach & scope

CBTW was the development team behind Jago, built for Bank Artos in Indonesia. We were responsible for configuring & integrating the core banking system (Mambu), the back office administration console and the mobile (iOS & Android) applications. Our involvement started with a Discovery Phase, where we helped define requirements and created an initial product roadmap, with agreed project processes and key milestones. CBTW collaborated with teams in Jakarta and Pune (both remotely and on premise).
