This Policy is subject to the local laws, regulations and policies applicable to CBTW and its Affiliates. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Policy and any applicable local policy or mandatory local requirement, the applicable local policy or mandatory local requirement shall prevail. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Policy requires or implies that all CBTW Affiliates use, or will use, AI tools in recruitment. Any use of AI tools in recruitment shall be subject to applicable local laws, regulations and policies.

We may use AI tools at different stages of the recruitment process. These may include:
- Interview support tools
- Candidate CV / profile enhancement tools
These tools are designed to support human decision-making and not replace it. This list may evolve as we introduce new tools to improve our recruitment process.

Depending on the tool used, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Information you provide in your application (e.g., CV, contact details)
- Information shared during interviews or assessments
- Interview data, such as: audio and/or video recordings (where applicable); speech converted into written transcripts; notes or summaries generated during or after interviews

We use AI tools to support (not replace) human decision-making.

AI-generated outputs (e.g., transcripts, or summaries) are used as supporting materials only and are always subject to human review.
